It's another one of my simple cards. I made to look alot like their invitation, simple but elegant.<br />

The white ebmossed is from a paper pack I bought on clearance at Target earlier this year. I think the L came from Jasmine cricut cartridge. <br />
Well there it is.... like I said, simple! : ) <br />
<br />
Thank you for looking, sorry I don't get to post more often but hopefully that will change soon! Thanks again and God bless!Conniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10708826078213865509noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3091348516991811939.post-60618510918793107052011-09-07T13:12:00.000-05:002011-09-07T13:12:06.621-05:00Finally got one done!! My Mom recently got re-married and I wanted to make them a little something to have to remember their day. I was going to do a double pager but since she doesn't scrap she wouldn't have an album to put it in, so I just done one page that can be framed and hung on the wall. <br />
I think she really liked it, least I hope so. I did really want to do more on it but thought it would be too busy so there's not alot of cricut on it. So hope you enjoy looking, thanks for stoppin by......<br />

Designed paper: Totally Girl from My minds eye<br />
Flower Purples: Coredinations (Neutrals?)<br />
Yellow: AC Cardstock<br />
Black: from a mat stack (glittered) (Christmas/DCWV?)<br />
Ribbon: American Crafts<br />

We didn't get to visit her on Mother's day, so we are going to see her this weekend. I hope she likes it.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhkBTF3wmuxqOTLvU_7gpQqb3EKNLmFpUxauPqsh98qWdiDM4bL9PcH_GND7GZa6AtRJGaIDmAFkBr6_fAYSeqwanbQgGO_RNLZra6blBlL05tv7gloGsyew4qJI1TTnKPqG0JKdZfmLGO2/s1600/003.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" j8="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhkBTF3wmuxqOTLvU_7gpQqb3EKNLmFpUxauPqsh98qWdiDM4bL9PcH_GND7GZa6AtRJGaIDmAFkBr6_fAYSeqwanbQgGO_RNLZra6blBlL05tv7gloGsyew4qJI1TTnKPqG0JKdZfmLGO2/s320/003.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>All the papers, except the card, is from the scraps. The jewel cut is from "Once Upon A Princess" cricut cartridge, "UR A GEM" is from Cricut Classic Font cricut cartridge and I welded it together on my gypsy. The ribbons are, once again, from a bag my dear sister gave me.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrQTkbFBYJXT-0EjY9x7z5ELKYIRlg9YXnRKMP18u0YKCt3tByBbjt6Fpxyjy1YIQSXHJ10czPDtbLesaHyTz4VMcrdEXyrAwpNQSRCwJ-Zi9vFoRkhFYM6XSyYXdlI5c1vdkbpONou-z9/s1600/004.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" j8="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrQTkbFBYJXT-0EjY9x7z5ELKYIRlg9YXnRKMP18u0YKCt3tByBbjt6Fpxyjy1YIQSXHJ10czPDtbLesaHyTz4VMcrdEXyrAwpNQSRCwJ-Zi9vFoRkhFYM6XSyYXdlI5c1vdkbpONou-z9/s320/004.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I glittered the white part of the gem and ran the purple paper through my cuttlebug using the swirls embossing folder. <br />

I love those colors together.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsWEO2bl-UduTpfTAtSL9TBfh__vwvGsCQx-EiT9e8EnqEYSqYQOc-y_-q3BOVrxrFqA4GnA78dQ0ZCtuVP2S9mXnSaFH_PBXobpun63b3zJHR_XVxu9VAN2DZspzlUjBaDJiTTXPuFGkC/s1600/006.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" j8="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsWEO2bl-UduTpfTAtSL9TBfh__vwvGsCQx-EiT9e8EnqEYSqYQOc-y_-q3BOVrxrFqA4GnA78dQ0ZCtuVP2S9mXnSaFH_PBXobpun63b3zJHR_XVxu9VAN2DZspzlUjBaDJiTTXPuFGkC/s320/006.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I popped the gem up for a little dimension. I left the inside blank so I can hand write a little note, but I'm thinking I am going to put a piece of the green (same color as the sentiment on front ) on the inside to write it on.<br />
Thats all for today, thanks for stopping by. Hope you liked it. This is probably one I'll keep in my stash for when I need a card quickly. It is a pretty simple card. The ribbon is some from a bag of scraps my sister gave me, the flower was cut from Sweet Treats cricut cart. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAFnd2w_yRMMa1cKjOUqemXxWx-qKR1ZawwbuoISsSFGkaEER-e_uO1UoYyjVGzpCCjt4FtFMBDtu8C5hXTO9dIbF4Z3m9EQHfMbUXeJsILMdD-LJ1_lO2mHoIzeBDYn98fRpjethw-HtS/s1600/008.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" j8="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAFnd2w_yRMMa1cKjOUqemXxWx-qKR1ZawwbuoISsSFGkaEER-e_uO1UoYyjVGzpCCjt4FtFMBDtu8C5hXTO9dIbF4Z3m9EQHfMbUXeJsILMdD-LJ1_lO2mHoIzeBDYn98fRpjethw-HtS/s320/008.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Front of the card.<br />

<br />

I;m thinking I cut the flower at 2 1/2". The base is 4 3/8" x 8 1/2 ( I think ). LOL<br />
<br />
